Remember Your Reusable Coffee Cup

It’s estimated that Australians use 1 billion disposable coffee cups per year – that’s roughly 2.7 million thrown out every single day! The average lifespan of a single-use cup is less than 10 minutes. So swapping your disposable takeaway coffee cup for a reusable option is a major win for the environment, our planet.

There is no excuse for single use. Less than 1 in 400 ‘disposable’ coffee cups are recycled. The irony is that most of these ‘disposable’ or ‘recyclable’ coffee cups cannot be recycled due to their plastic lining. Commit to a reusable coffee cup, not only are reducing waste and but also protecting our environment.

Why Ecoffee Cup?

Ecoffee Cup is made with natural fibre, corn starch and plant-based resin - it's BPA, BPS and phthalate-free. The lid and sleeve are made with matte, food-grade silicone which is latex-free and designed especially for hot liquids. It has a resealable 'no-drip' lid, making it perfect to take with you everywhere you go. Light, bright and beautiful to drink from, with no plastic aftertaste.

Don't forget your reusable coffee cup

Throwing away one cardboard cup doesn't seem like much, but multiply that by the number of coffees you drink each year and the difference a reusable cup can make is clear. Changing habits can take time, but it's worth it. The environment is crucial to our well-being and to our future, and we should take every opportunity, however small, to reduce harm. Make a difference, one coffee at a time!
