All prices quoted below are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days.

As a small business, we strive to keep our costs fair and transparent. Unfortunately, due to the higher shipping fees to rural areas, we’re unable to offer free shipping to these locations. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide high-quality products while maintaining sustainable pricing. Current Australia Post Delivery Status -

There are delivery delays in the network, these delays can be up to a few days, particularly to regional and rural communities, and mean that:

  • The delivery time for Victoria may increase by up to four days
  • The delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
  • The delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
  • The delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
  • Next Day Express Post Services into regional and rural communities may not be able to be maintained

 

What Australia Post are doing

 

  • Moving more parcels through the road network (to accommodate domestic flight restrictions)
  • Exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise impacts for customers
  • Use the following tracking tool to keep up to date with estimated delivery times, plus keep your eye on your inbox with updates from our delivery partners.

 

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Change of Mind

We accept returns on our products provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If you change your mind you can return the product to the address below, please include a copy of your order confirmation, or a handwritten note with your order number. We do not refund the delivery costs. 

  • All returns must be received within 28 days.
  • All items must be unused, with seals in tact and tags attached where applicable.
  • Products' packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes. 
  • We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing in transit.
  • We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Please note we don't refund delivery costs. 
  • Exchanges are possible. We will cover the shipping costs for your replacements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product is incorrect somehow please contact us asap.  We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.
