Simply place one small sheet into an open fridge drawer, carton, bag or container filled with produce. It is not intended for use in air-tight containers or in water.
The average shelf-life of fruit and vegetables at room temperature is 1 to 2 days. By using FreshPaper, you can extend the life of your fresh produce by 4 to 5 days at room temperature and 5 to 7 days if refrigerated. You don’t have to wrap items individually, but if you are storing lots of very perishable items, simply toss in an extra sheet.
FreshPaper works with most fruit, vegetables and fresh herbs – from berries to leafy greens to delicate herbs!
Because FreshPaper does not contain any harsh chemicals, it will not be able to save produce that’s already begun to go bad so just make sure you use FreshPaper as soon as you unpack your fruit and veg.
What is the smell?
A sweet and spicy note that is built on the fenugreek spice, helichrysum and on pyrazines, giving a toasted caramelise and savoury note all at once. Fenugreek, one of the active ingredients in FreshPaper, is also used in maple syrup flavouring!

I use FreshPaper religiously. I don’t throw out any produce anymore and all my fruit and veg stay fresh. I even had two strawberries in the back of the fridge (forgotten about) with FreshPaper for two weeks - they weren’t mouldy and I was still able to use them for my smoothie! I have been using this product for several years now. I use fresh blueberries and raspberries every day. I put a fresh paper in the containers that I use to store the berries in my frig. Before I found Fresh Paper the berries would go bad. The paper keeps them firm and fresh. I also put a paper in the bag with my lettuce. it helps keep the lettuce from turning brown. I can't recommend the product enough. I have even given packages as birthday gifts.
THEY WORK! I absolutely love these. I buy a ton of produce for myself and my kids regularly, so when I came across these I was thrilled. Although we go through our produce fairly quickly, I always get so anxious worrying about it going to waste because we didn’t eat or cook it soon enough. It makes me physically sick to throw food in the trash being that we have 2 kids and are on a budget, but I refuse to buy a bunch of processed junk that has a shelf life of 10 years. These have saved me from worrying so much about waste! We can actually enjoy our food and Mummy can relax lol
