Broken lid after minimum use

Purchased around August, 2024. The glass is sturdy, hence the 1 star, but the lid has broken.

Contacted Urban Ethos via email, with photos and they advised the broken lid looks like 'accidental damage' and further stated that "with the edges being thin, it is possible for a user to crack the lid under various circumstances outside of our control".

Extremely disappointing the lid is so fragile and I am not able to get a replacement.
