The average shelf-life of fruit and vegetables at room temperature is 1 to 2 days. By using FreshPaper, you can extend the life of your fresh produce by 4 to 5 days at room temperature and 5 to 7 days if refrigerated. You don’t have to wrap items individually, but if you are storing lots of very perishable items, simply toss in an extra sheet.
