SugarWrap eco cling wrap is the first eco-friendly product of its kind. SugarWrap Compostable Cling Wrap is made from Corn based PLA, which is typically used for sealing food items to keep them fresh over a longer period of time. The SugarWrap range offers the same functional durability as regular petro-based plastics and is certified 100% Compostable in a domestic composting environment. The Bio-Plastic material will break down within 12-24 weeks.
Composting starts happening at approximately 25 degrees. We recommend storing SugarWrap Eco Compostable Cling Wrap in the fridge to avoid the cling wrap composting in the box.

I must admit, it really is eco-friendly! Bought the roll in 2019 and have barely used any. Just getting it to come off the roll has proved to be an impossibility, it's so stuck on itself it won't let go, and when I finally get a bit to unroll and let go to wrangle the other side, it sticks to itself with an amazing bond rivalling super glue. But the moment I put it near a bowl of salad I'm hoping to preserve for the drive to dinner, it forgets all its commitment to the cause, and won't have anything to do with the introduced surface I am hoping it will attach to. We've become resourceful in our dreams of saving the planet, we have found ways our storing and saving food that don't involve cling wrap, which has gotta be better than even using biodegradable plastic wrap?
But in all seriousness, the main reason this wrap is so eco-friendly in our home is because it's impossible to use. No biodegrading issues if you're not using the stuff, right?

Plant based, works great, compostable and Recyclable!!!!
Well done, I got it home and tried it out. Perforation is great. Strong product with just the right amount of stick. Love that it is fridge/freezer and microwave safe.
I run my own patisserie. We use a LOTTT of cling wrap. So happy to have found this product.

Love, Love This Product
This product is amazing, I am loving this swap from the other stuff I was using prior.
And the best part is when Im done with it I can throw it in my compost bin! Im really trying my best to make these sorts of small changes, so this product allows for me to do so with ease!
